Hey! I’m Nate, your Registered Dietitian, Personal Trainer, and Health Coach.

Specializing in functional health, I take a holistic approach to wellness by identifying and addressing the root causes of health issues. Through anti-inflammatory nutrition, in-depth lab work, tailored training plans, and personalized supplement regimens, my mission is to help you feel and perform better than ever—whether you're managing complex symptoms or optimizing your overall health.

My education includes graduating with a 4.0 GPA in Kinesiology from Michigan State University, then earning a Master’s in Dietetics from the University of Michigan with a 3.9 GPA. This was followed by a clinical foundation through Michigan Medicine, completing the pathway to becoming a Registered Dietitian.


After gaining experience spanning in collegiate and professional sports teams, hospital settings, and community outreach, I bring a diverse perspective to health and performance. I support clients with a wide range of concerns including sluggish metabolism, hormonal imbalances, thyroid dysfunction, digestive issues, weight loss resistance, chronic fatigue, and more.
