EDUCATION
Personal Trainer & Registered Dietitian
I pride myself in being one of the hardest workers in the room, whether it's in the gym, on the soccer field, or the classroom. I finished my Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology from Michigan State University with a perfect 4.0 GPA and was awarded for being at the very top of my graduating class.
From there, I went on to complete my Masters in Dietetics at the University of Michigan, followed by a 1100 clinical hour internship at Michigan Medicine to become a Registered Dietitian.

As a functional health focused dietitian, I focus on finding optimal wellness from the inside out. I look to assist in finding the root cause of people's health and find ways to manage their long-term health. I create specific nutrition, workout, and goal-based supplement regimens to help restore normal lab values and optimize health and wellness goals.
ATHLETICS
Former Collegiate Soccer Player
As a former collegiate athlete, I have seen the small margins that it takes to reach the top 1% of your sport. I wish I had used what I know now earlier in my career to help separate me more from the competition.
Your dietary habits dictate your athletic performance and it can differentiate winning from losing. While in college, and during a short professional trial, I learned the small improvements it takes to reach the top 1% of your sport. With a custom coaching program and consistent 1% improvements, anything is possible.

My competitive edge is what has brought me here today. I created 1% Better Performance with the idea that anyone can become the best versions of themselves when they add up those small 1% wins every day, every month, every year and so on. It's a choice we make together. To make improvements. Not excuses.
