At 1 Percent Better Performance LLC, we value your trust and want to provide transparency in how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for our services. Please read this policy carefully.
1. Subscriptions & Billing

Our services (meal planning, nutrition coaching, or related programs) are offered on a monthly recurring basis, charged on the same date each month.

By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically bill your payment method at the interval selected until you cancel.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is up to date. Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of your access to services.
2. Cancellation Policy
a. All programs are on a monthly recurring basis, charged on the same date each month. All cancellations must be submitted prior to the subscription renewal date.
b. Failure to cancel before the subscription date will result in the automatic renewal of the subscription.
c. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to nate@1percentperformance.com.
When you cancel, you will retain access to your services until the end of your current billing cycle.
3. Refunds

Digital products, coaching, and meal plans are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Refunds are not issued for partially used billing periods (e.g., if you cancel mid-month, you will not receive a pro-rated refund).

In the event of a billing error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of the charge, and we will correct it.
4. One-Time Purchases
Refunds for one-time digital downloads (e.g., meal plan guides, nutrition resources) are not available once the product has been delivered to your email or account.
5. Program Commitments
Certain coaching or program packages may require a minimum commitment. These commitments are clearly outlined at purchase. Refunds will not be issued for early withdrawal.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Subscription Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
