Hi, I'm Nate Bladecki. Founder of 1% Better Performance, registered dietitian, personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and former collegiate soccer player.
With a Bachelor's in Kinesiology and a Master’s degree in Dietetics, I provide a unique set of services that integrates professional fitness and clinical nutrition to help my clients reach their highest potential. After years of studying the science of weight loss, fitness, and medical nutrition — there's no better guide out there to help you become the best you can be.
